Mount Tabor Training College in association with women's cell conducted number of webinars as part of international women's day program. aims at women empowerment. Inspiring words of the resource persons really influenced the students as well as teaching and non teaching staffs. The cell conducted cultural programmes as well as published manuscript based on art works of different topics collected from various optional. Cultural events conducted on 24 February 2022: and the major events from classes are: Mime by Commerce optional, Theme Dance by Mathematics optional and Theme Show by English optional. All cultural events provided a great visual pleasure to everyone. Towards the concluding section of the program on March 7th, the women's cell conducted a panel discussion based on the theme," Gender Equality for a Sustainable Tomorrow".
