SECOND PHASE INTERNSHIP- WEEK 2
The week went well and i was able to complete around five lesson templates in my class. The week also witnessed several programmes of cultural and international importance such as the Reading Day, Yoga Day etc. As a teacher trainee, i was given chances to participate in most of these programmes. I guided my students in preparing reading day quotes and even assisted the physical education teacher in arranging and practising the students for their Yoga day programme. Meanwhile i was also working towards the completion of my project and i finished conducting the pretest for both the non treatment control and experimental groups. I was also assigned with preparing a question a question paper for the upcoming unit test. Regarding my portions, I have completed my first chapter and from the next week onwards, i have to begin the new chapter. SECOND PHASE INTERNSHIP-WEEK 3
I began this week with completing the pending activities of the first chapter which i have already completed in the previous week. I also taught my students grammar portions on question tags and noun phrases and even prepared an innovative teaching aid which I titled the 'infinite noun phrase wheel' to demonstrate the formation of noun phrases.The next day morning, we received a message from our optional teacher regarding his visit for the observation. So we made the necessary arrangements and the class observation happened during the third and fourth hours of the day. He gave as all the necessary feedbacks and things to be taken care of. Our lesson templates and reflective journal was also checked and signed. I also conducted a unit test for my students the same week and distributed papers to them. Regarding the portion, i took this week to complete the poem Taj Mahal, but unfotunately , i missed an hour this week as the final hour was cut by the school on Saturday. Things...
