SECOND PHASE INTERNSHIP- WEEK 1

 Our second phase teaching internship began on 14th june, Wednesday. We have already took permission from the head master Sri.Roy Mathews sir who welcomed us to the school wholeheartedly. We reported to the headmaster around 9.30 in the morning.There are four students from the English optional including me, and three from the Mathematics optional. As we have already collected our respective timetables from mentor teachers. I am asked to begin the very first chapter of unit 1 of class VIII. The class assigned to me is VIII E with Ms. Sunitha Varghese as my mentor teacher. I met my students, established a rapport with them and after a while began my lesson. Within three days of this week, i was asked to complete upto a certain paragraph of the lesson, 'THE MYSTERIOUS PICTURE', which i was able to complete. Meanwhile, i also prepared the pre-test question to be conducted as a part of my project work. This week was overall a great one and i felt extremely happy as i got a set of extremly enthusiastic and cooperative children. My mentor teacher too was really supportive and she encouraged me with suggestive feedbacks. The beginning was good and i am eagerly waiting for the days to come.

UJJIVAN DAY 4- SAMYUKTHA

  Day 4 15/12/2022 SAMYUKTHA  Theme : Connectedness for Resilience  GREEN ESCAPES : Scoot off to Thenmala              The fourth day was the day of trip. We had our journey in two KSRTC buses. We reached our destination by around 11:15 am. We visited the adventure zone , leisure zone and the deer park. We returned from there at 4:00pm and reached college by 6:00pm.               The whole journey was an amazing experience. Visiting an eco friendly space where we could get close to nature was a very nice feeling.I just enjoyed the whole journey.

UJJIVAN DAY 3- AATHMA

  Day 3 14/12/2022 AATHMA  Theme : Confidence for Resilience          The third day of the camp began with an aerobics practice session at 6:30 am.  Today's assembly was conducted by group 3and 4. It was followed by an innovative enactment of each group about the theme of the day.         First session was handled by Rev. Fr.Jose Varghese . It was followed by a class , which was handled by Dr.N.Sureshkumar sir (former faculty,DIET and SCERT). Both the classes were very useful and informative. Theme Show             KALEIDOSCOPE, An Enactment.         Afternoon, a theme show was conducted on 'resilience and togetherness ’. Selected students presented themselves as personalities who fought against challenges and harvested victory in their lives.
